He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Norby and Myrtie Norby; and his siblings, Thomas Norby, James Norby and Ellen Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Norby; his sons, Robert Norby (Angie) and Donald Norby of Midway; his grandchildren, T. J. Norby, Kerstin Norby, Kasey Norby and Kyndall Curl; his brothers, Fred Norby, Hiram Norby (Anne), Dewitt Norby (Carla) and Billy Norby (Lynda); and his sister-in-law Marie Norby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
