He is survived by: his wife Kathy Viljoen; his siblings, Hendrik Viljoen and Hester Aucamp; and his children, Hannes Grobler, Alex Viljoen, Andrew Viljoen and Melissa Stroebel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
