He is survived by: his children, Janice Paula Scales (Frank), George Francis Blake III and Toni Lynn Rudnik (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Russell Guyett (Kelly), Carol and Judy Guyett. He is also survived by seven granddaughters, and 15 great-grandchildren.
