He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed Martin and Geneva Martin; and his father-in-law Limmie L. Belton. He is survived by: his wife Rochelle K. Martin; his children, Corey Kemp (Lakeisa) of Statesboro, GA and Shalay Kemp of Hinesville, GA.; his grandchildren, Hezekiah Kemp, Peyton Kemp, Addisyn Kemp and Camden Kemp; his mother Rosa Lu Martin of Hinesville, GA.; his siblings, Keith Martin (Sharon) of Windsor, NY, Lucia Martin Washington (Michael) of Hinesville, GA and Kendra Martin; his aunt Mary Fabian of Hinesville, GA; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Belton of Middletown, Delaware; and his sisters-in-law, Lynnett Belton of Sharon Hill, PA and Rhoda Belton. He is also survived by 6 nephews, 9 nieces, a host of great nephews, great nieces, relatives and friend.
