He is survived by: his children, David Allen Wilson, Jr., Timothy Lee Wilson and Carol Jean Wilson of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Gage Lewis, Marissa Howell of Hamlet, Mya Grace Hammonds of Pembroke and Summer Wilson; and his sisters, Willie Mae Sweat, Mary Taylor and Kathryn Leviner of Hamlet.
