He is survived by: his children, Ashley Pitts, Amethyst Pitts and Jacob Pitts; his grandchildren, Sandra Hamilton, Kayleigh Martin and D. J. Martin; his father Grover Pitts; and his brother Clifford Pitts. He is also survived by several extended family members; and many friends.
