He is survived by: his spouse Alice Wooden Woodard; his children, Billy Woodard, Jr., Derrick Woodard (Renee), Anthony Woodard and Tamara Jackson (Charles); and also Upper. He is also survived by one brother, Rev. Wayne Hines (Carolyn) of Rocky Mount, NC; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; aunts and uncles from the Woodard, Hines and Thorne Families; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
