She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Edwards and Norma Edwards; her son Mark; and her stepson Ed Coppock. She is survived by: her husband Guy Browning; her children, Cristy Johnson (Stan) and Lorin Coppock; her grandchildren, Mitchell Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Parker Johnson, Grady Coppock and Clara Coppock; her sister Norma Atkins (Dan); her nieces, Meredith Dotson (TJ), Elizabeth Moore (Chad) and Sarah Ramsay (Rob); her stepchildren, Carolyn Warrington (Dean), Kathy Pappas (Mike) and David Coppock (Karen); and her pet Jiggs. She is also survived by "grand-dogs", and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Midway United Methodist Church, or St. Joseph's/Candler Foundation ("The Greatest Need - COVID-19 Support" program).
