He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Barrett Roberts; his wife Bessie Roberts; his mother Helen Roberts; his siblings, Charlie Mae Brumfield, Willie "Bill" Williams, Leo "LJ" Roberts and Charles "Sonny" Stephens; and his grandsons, Tyrone Roberts and Christopher Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Henry Winn Roberts (Lisa), Albert Wilbur Roberts, Jr., Albertha Roberts-Bell, Deborah Roberts-Simmons and Lula Roberts; and his grandchildren, Albert W. Roberts III, Nicholas C. Roberts, Henry W. Roberts Jr., Pamela Scott, Toni Wright, Octavia Hudson, Renea "Zariah" Hebbron-Totaro, Mary Roberts, Cheryl Bartley, Michele Simmons, Bria Roberts and Amari Roberts. He is also survived by great-grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
