He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Strange, II and Savannah Rowland Strange; his wife Judy Kimbrell; and his sister Hilda Rigdon. He is survived by: the mother of his children Nancy Brinson Strange West of Sylvania; his children, Kelly Newton (Rachel), Tammy Rose Strange of Sylvania and Teresa Sharon Strange Oglesby (David) of Midville; his siblings, Harry Strange of Florida, Mary Strange of Georgia and Joyce Bragg of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mauney, Zane Oglesby, Sarah Grace Newton and Brody Newton.
