He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth, Sr. and Elizabeth George Allen; his aunt Vivian Trawick "Aunt V"; and his uncle Jack Trawick. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Donaldson Allen; his daughter Kristen Freeman (Cory); his siblings, Katie Brandon (Brandon) of Statesboro, Vivian Allen "Birdie" of Midville, Abby Allen of Midville and Elizabeth Allen "Biskit" of Midville; his sons, Jacob Moody of Albany and Jackson Allen of Midville; his brothers, Kenneth Allen (Autumn) of Alexander and Holt "Bubba" Allen of Midville; and his grandchildren, Lexi Freeman, Chloe Freeman, Waylon Brown and Ellie Gwinett.
In Lieu of flowers; memorial gifts may be made in his honor to The College Fund for Elizabeth Allen at Durden Banking Company at any of their four locations.
