She was predeceased by: her mother Irma Ruth Hawkins; her sister Nesta Ruth Hawkins; and her daughter Amy Ruth Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Stephens of Midville; her children, Rusty Stephens of Millen, Stacie Burch (Josh) of Midville and Glen Stephens (Sheila) of Lincoln, AL; her grandchildren, Preston Stephens, Logan Stephens, Judson Burch and Natalie Burch; and her brother Thomas Hawkins of Dallas, GA.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Long Branch Church of God Building Fund, 5056 Highway 25 S, Garfield, GA 30425.
