She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Bowden and Rena Cowart Bowden; her husbands, Lodis Curl and Navis Powell; her daughters, Teresa Ann Curl and Linda Annette Curl; her siblings, Bobby Bowden, Cleve Bowden, Clara Skinner and Elizabeth Curl; and her niece Beth Curl.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Curl (Francine Oglesby) of Midville; her grandchildren, Christy Wiggins (Matt) of Swainsboro, Betsy Estrada (Alex) of Louisville, Brandi Turner of Sylvania and Wayne Wilkerson (Mallory) of Metter; her siblings, John Bowden of Canoochee, James Bowden (Frankie) of Columbus and Alice Davis (Jimmy) of Atlanta; and her great grandchild Dollie Jo-Ann Wiggins. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
