He is survived by: his wife Vivian Webb of Midland, GA; his sons, William Timothy Webb, Jr. (Tim) and Marcus Christopher Webb (Cannon) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Ava Webb and Mason Webb; his sister Beverly Ragsdale (Charles) of Hamilton, GA; his niece Susan Powell (Tracy); his nephew Greg Ragsdale (Hope); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kylie Miller (John), Carson Powell, Grayson Ragsdale and Holland Ragsdale; and his stepsiblings, Keila Beaird (Butch), Teresa Richard and Terry Webb.
