He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Horn and Phyllis Horn; and his wife Barbara Watson Horn. He is survived by: his close friend Kelly Blanton; his daughter Christina Horn Northington; his son-in-law Christopher Northington; his sister Lori Ogletree Bridget (Eddie); his nephews, Alex Brophy, Danny Nicholson and Jacob Nicholson; and his niece Sydney Smith (Damian).
