He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Bates and Carrie Cummings Bryan; his wife Nannie Mildred Bryan; and his grandson Justin Bryan Paul. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Paul (Mike) of Midland, Georgia; his brother Frank Bryan of Shiloh, Georgia; his grandson Brent Paul (Kacie); and his great grandchildren, Kolson Bryan Paul of Phenix City, Alabama. and Kade Cameron Paul of Phenix City, Alabama..
