He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Ratliff (Sheila) of Albany, GA, Jeannie Hogland (Glen) of Augusta, GA and Pamela Davis (Wayne) of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
