He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Shaley Huggins and Mary Huggins; his grandson Evan Powers; and his sister Annette Goeller. He is survived by: his children, Cendra (Tony Brown), Lorinda (Keith Thompson) and Terry, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Brooke Huggins of Temple, GA.; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Darlene Huggins of Statesboro, GA.; and his caregivers, Miranda, Meygan and Hadiya. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
