He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Johnson O'Brien and Rubye Chapman O'Brien; his wife Sarah Coleman O'Brien of Metter; his sons, Jim O'Brien (Jerri) of Metter and Jamey O'Brien (Susan Sikes) of Metter; his grandchildren, Elizabeth O'Brien, Fallon McCranie (Cody) and Delanie O'Brien; and his great grandchild Douglas McCranie. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
