He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Cobb Owen and Margaret Cook Owen. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lynn Owen; his daughters, Mary Margaret Owen and Sarah Lynn Owen; his sister Suzanne Owen Krueger (Grant); and his parents-in-law, David Miller and Dale Miller.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel (223 SW Broad St, Metter, GA 30439). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Homes ~ Hooks Chapel (223 SW Broad St, Metter, GA 30439).
