He was predeceased by: his parents, Vannie Lee Rigdon, Jr. and Maggie Adaline Boulineau Rigdon; and his siblings, V. L. Rigdon, Lonnie Rigdon, Eddie Rigdon and Martha Ann Rigdon Googe.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette Meeks; his children, Vickie Rigdon Aldrich (Chris) of Metter, Steven Rigdon (Tina) of Metter, Benji Rigdon (Dondra) of Metter and Nicole Davis (Kevin) of Metter; his brother Harold Rigdon of Hinesville; his grandchildren, Jamie Murdock (Jenna), Ramsey Rigdon Waters (Loy), Railey Rigdon Scott (Kenton), Thomas Aldrich, Leah Rigdon, Ben Rigdon, Meeks Davis and Lex Davis; and his great grandchildren, Lula Murdock, Kennedy Waters and Kinsley Rigdon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
