Tyre, Sr. and Vera Cliett Tyre; his daughter Vera Dawn Tyre; his granddaughter Lila Rae Tyre; his wife Gwen Gilliard Tyre of Mershon; his sons, Johnny Philip Tyre, Jr. (Christy) of Alma and Cory Tyre (Janie) of Mershon; his brothers, Kennon L. "Tony" Tyre, Jr. (Janice) of Mershon and Cleve Tyre, Sr. (Jan) of Douglas; and his grandchildren, Trey, Jesse, Cora Jane, Vera Kate, Whitman and Eliza Joe.
