He is survived by: his mother Nellie Warren Moore; his sister Cynthia Welch (Mike) of Blackshear Ga; his children, Cleveland Moore Jr. of Blackshear Ga, Tyrone Moore of Japan, Andrea Toombs (Rodney) and LaVonnia Moore of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Ja'Ashyia, Christopher, Makell, Lillian, Camryn and Ramsi; and his friend Deborah Presley.
