We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2024, at the age of 11, Caroline Bennett Dowling of Mershon, Georgia, born in Waycross, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfather Morris E. "Buddy" Dowling, Jr.; and her great-grandparent John E. "Buddy" Bowen. She is survived by: her parents, David Morris and Dr. Leslie Bennett Dowling; her brother Drake Dowling of Mershon; her grandparents, Cindy Dowling of Blackshear, Eddie and Diane Bennett of Mershon; her great-grandparent Jean Crawford Bowen of Blackshear; her aunts and uncles, Brian, Jill Dowling of Patterson, Jim and Marilyn Bennett of Mershon; her cousins, Meg Dowling of St. Simons Island, Allie Dowling of Patterson, Landri Bennett of Mershon, Chandler Bennett of Mershon and Parker Bennett of Mershon; and her uncles, Jimmy (Marilyn Bowen), Marvin (Carolyn Pipkin), Leon (Debbie Cochran), Dr. Don (Linda Spence) and Virgil Lee Bennett of Alma.
