She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Sterling "D. S."; and her son-in-law Ken Long. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Long, Tammy Miller (David) and Donald Jerry Moore, Jr. (Teresa) of Mershon; her siblings, James Eddie McCarty of Mershon, Shirlene Green of Brunswick, Patsy Padgett and Debra Ann Holland (Charles) of Mershon; her grandchildren, Sky Alderman (Daniel), Tyler Moore, Shelby Moore (Norman), Ashley Nobles (Spence), Gavin and Madison Manning; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Weston Alderman and Rhett Batten; her grandsons, Matthew Medders and Joshua Jackson; her sisters-in-law, Kay Moore of Alma and Mae Lee of Fernandina; and her great-uncle James Edgar Dixon of Alma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
