He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Henry and Delia Hudgins Covington; his siblings, Will Covington, Jr., Lee Mosteller, John Calvin Hudgins, Jeff Franklin Covington, Annie B. Coleman, Pauleen Evans and Mary Perry; and also, Neil Bowman, Sr. and Alice Bowman.
He is survived by: his brother George W. Covington; his grandchildren, Nicole Rosser (Dustin), Corey Dyer, Nathan Hegwood (Halle), Natalie Fletcher (David), Billy Hegwood (Grace), Matthew Martin (Selena), Tripp Marks and Tori Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Lily Grace Green, Jeremiah Dyer, Zion Morrison, Jordan Morrison, Freya Rosser, Isaiah Dyer, Callie Fletcher, Evan Fletcher, Scarlette Hegwood, Charlie Hegwood and Tripp Parra; and also, Shanne Hegwood (Yogi) and Donna Koonce (Greg).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in his memory to the Mr. Henry Scholarship Fund set up at United Community Bank.
