She is survived by: her children, Charles Edward "Dickie" Vaughn (Kimberly), Dwana VanHorn (John) and Janice Hix (Ben); and her siblings, Pete Vaughn, Betty Parker (W. A.), Teresa Ray (C. W.) and Ann Salyers. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
