He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Elliott and Eula Elliott; and his brother William Elliot (Billy). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Elliot and Cecil Elliott, Jr.; and his siblings, Larry Elliott (Brenda), James Elliott, Rusty Cash (Lisa), Martha Holland (Nelson) and Tina Roberts (Earl). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
