He is survived by: his wife Sybil Ballinger Dover; his daughter Brandy Storey; his stepson William "Billy" Ballinger; his granddaughter Byrina Womack; his great grandchild Alaya Hendrix; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Storey, Jonothon Storey and Rachel Storey.
