It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lila Bass White of Meigs, Georgia, born in Ochlocknee, Georgia, who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Montgomery Bass and Ethel Parramore Bass; her husband Robert Guy White; her daughter Kathy White; and her granddaughter Angie White.
She is survived by: her children, Gary White (Diane) of Meigs, GA, Ronnie White of Meigs, GA, Richard White (Maria) of Thomasville, Dennis White (Peggy) of Cairo, GA and Beverly Langlois (Joe) of Georgetown, GA; and her sister Alice Horne of Thomasville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
