He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Wolter and Mary Gotten Wolter; and his sister Susan Wolter Foerster. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Wolter and Tiffanie Wolter Melius; his grandchildren, Zach Wolter, Hannah Wolter, Jack Wolter, McKenzie Melius and Jake Melius; and his sister Barbara A. Wolter.
