With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jack Presley (Meigs, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jack left this world on February 6, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Lee "Papa Joe" Presley and Clyde Tucker "Mama Joe" Cooper Presley; and his siblings, Betty Clark and Billy Presley. He is survived by: his wife Claudie Mae; his children, Debbie Presley Moore, Leslie and Amos Lee Presley; his grandchildren, Nicole West, Sarah, Meghan Coleman and Todd; his great grandchildren, Bo Coleman, Hardy West, Bailey Coleman and Sutton West; and his siblings, Wanda Simpson, David, James Presley, Betsy, Jerald Presley and Dianne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Calendar New Bethel Baptist Church (6623 Lower Meigs Rd, Meigs, GA 31765). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

“Mr. Jack taught me how to drive a car, truck and tractor when I was 12 years old. He was one of the best humans on this earth that I have ever met, and I have lived in NYC, Minneapolis, London, Milan, Italy and Munich, Germany. In all my travels, I've met so many wonderful human beings, but he taught me work ethic, kindness toward others, how to rely on your faith to keep you honest and to get you through the hard times. I, for one, owe a great thanks and gratitude to him. He'll be with me always.”
