He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Phillips; his stepmother Brenda Phillips; and his aunt Cathy. He is survived by: his wife Lorie Phillips; his children, Bobbie Saye, Lexie Saye, Bo Saye and Gauge Phillips; his grandson Kaeden Goodman; his father Richard Joseph Phillips, Sr. (Grace); and his sisters, Deanna Phillips Tuggle and Melissa Oakley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
