He was predeceased by: his parent Dennett C. Callahan; and his siblings, Bill, Quint, Elsie, Doug, Charles and Ellie.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Callahan; his daughters, Karen (Roger Mann), Karla (Reggie Blount) and Kayla (Jason Carroll); and his grandchildren, Bobbi Jo (Michael Thurston), Matthew (Mackenzie Floyd), Joshua (Stephanie Blount), Kara (Shaughn Reyenga), Anna (Kyle Stonecipher), Katie (Tyler Toma) and Jacob (Kate Carroll). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
