She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Warren and Lucille Kersey Warren; and her husband James Cecil Rowell. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Rowell Fogarty of Meansville Ga and James Eugene Rowell of Meansville Ga; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Warren-Thomaston Ga, Diane Taylor of Davisboro and Vickie Corvin Moses of New Jersey; her aunt Mary Bennett of Al; her grandchildren, Coleman Rowell, Justin Phillips and Kathryn Ozley (Rodney); and her great grandchildren, Kyle Ozley, Briceon Ozley, Abigail Ozley and Payton Ogletree. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
