Middlebrooks; her children, Sandra "Babe" Caldwell (Johnny), Teresa "Tuttie" Shadrick (Billy Nicholson), Lorrie "Duke" Garner (Carey), Douglas "Thumper" Dunn (Jessica), Mitzi, Pat Brown, Marvin, Beth Middlebrooks and Monny Middlebrooks; her grandchildren, Josh, Amanda, Dusten, Cassie, Jennifer, Matthew, Laura, Chad, Logan, Cameron, Casey, Amy, Britt, Kalyne and Wade; and her adoptive daughter Carlene Bridges.
