She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Elijah Dennard and Minnie Belle Acock Dennard; her husband Rev. Marvin L. Cochran, Sr.; and her siblings, Agnes, Martha, James, Hillard and Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth (Dan Warzon), Donna (Murphy Peele), Delia Cochran (Marvin Jr.) of Tucker and Lisa Cochran of Shiloh; her grandchildren, Whitney (Matt Johnson), Leah (Andy Hall), Daniel (Rachel Warzon), Chad Louis (Kristen Cochran), Amy (Ross Donohue) and Benjamin (Lyndsey Peele); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Tanner, Grant Johnson, Drew, Alaina Hall, Olivia, Kate Warzon, John Donohue, Hudson and Mason Cochran; and her sister Elizabeth Proctor of Gordon.
