He is survived by: his wife Karen Jackson; his daughter Melissa Purvis of McDonough, GA; his grandchildren, Brooke and Bailey; his daughter Candice (Noah Gulledge) of Thomaston, GA; his grandchildren, Jones, Artis and Zeke; his great grandchild Katie (Kalum Alverson) of Molena, GA; his son David Ray Jackson of Meansville, GA.; and also, Hayden, Trenton, Milow, Dean, Randy Coots of Meansville, GA, Eric and Gracie. He is also survived by four brothers, two sisters and nieces and nephews.
