He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick Huggins, Sr. and LaRue Griffin Huggins; and his daughter Tina Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Laura English Huggins; his brother Jack Huggins of Merritt Island; his children, Rick Huggins (Alisa), Rusty Huggins (Kelli), Renee Huggins, Noah Huggins (Christin), Christian Huggins (Rachel) and Daniel Huggins (Katie); his grandchildren, Carisa Hatcher and Breahna Mills; and his children, John, Charlee, Hudson Huggins, CJ, Mason, Chandler Huggins, Hunter Levert, Macie, Ari Kenney, Taylor, Caroline Huggins and James Huggins.
