She is survived by: her husband Fredrick Clark, Sr.; her daughter Julie Ford (Tommy); her grandchildren, Russell Jackson, Joshua Patten, Zack Pike, Hannah Pike and Caden Clark Phillips; and her siblings, Linda Varnom and Alan Crawford.
