He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hampton Harbin and Myrtle Louise Horton Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Harbin of McRae; his sons, Pete Leo Harbin and Patrick Steven Harbin; his grandsons, Ryan Steven Harbin, Corey Alexander Harbin and John Daniel Harbin; his great grandchild Westyn; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Harbin of McRae.
