She was predeceased by: her husband Cleon Columbus Webb; and her parents, Frank Crisp and Annie Bell McElhannon Crisp. She is survived by: her children, Tony Blair (Cheryl Hyers) of Hazlehurst, Frank Cleo Webb of Lumber City, John Webb of McRae, Shelia Hamilton of McRae, Chris Webb (Rosa) of Lumber City, Mandy Webb of McRae, Patricia Sailor of Flowery Branch and Deborah Goodwin of Panama City; and her brother-in-law Maurice Holt of Social Circle. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
