He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Monroe Sapp and Gladys Ophelia Jones Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Richard Elmon Sapp (Donna) of McRae, Tracey Emory Sapp of McRae and Alicia Michelle Harvey of Athens; his sister Barbara Faye Steele (Vernon) of McRae; and his nephew John Marke Steele of McRae. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
