We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2023, at the age of 16, Turtle Sanders of McIntyre, Georgia, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Carrie Sanders, and Doug Sanders, Jr. of McIntyre; her siblings, Nick Famiglietta of Milledgeville, Natasha Wilkerson of Albuquerque, NM and Connie Sanders of Kathleen; her grandparents, Sybil Jones (Larry), Doug Sanders of Gordon and Patricia Tullos (Robert) of Sparta; her great-grandparents, Ruby Tarte and Martha Bevins (Paul) of Gordon; and her pet Roxie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, that friends make memorial donations (https://www.williamsfuneralhome.net) to assist with expenses.
