He is survived by: his wife Janie Smith; his children, Reginald Smith, Jr. of Irwinton, Marcus Smith of Irwinton, Montell Smith of Irwinton, Chandra Shinholster of Warner Robins and Constance Adams (Dennis) of Dundalk; his siblings, Caroll Smith, Jr. (Dora) of Baltimore, Richard Means, Sr. of Dundalk, Maryland, Karen Wheatley of Dundalk and Sherry Means of San Diego, California; his father-in-law James "Bud" Shinholster of Irwinton; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Shinholster (Kathy) of Locust Grove, Ronald Shinholster of Irwinton, Georgia, Michelle Hightower (Bobb) of Milledgeville and Phyllis Whipple of McDonough, Georgia; his friend Vernon Sanders (Linda) of Irwinton; his grandchildren, Aubree and Kash; and also Gary Johnson (Mariah). He is also survived by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
