She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Weldon Phillips and Nina Mae Underwood Phillips; her husband Robert Roy "Boots" Vinson; and her son-in-law Jerome Angles. She is survived by: her children, Robert S. "Sandy" Vinson (Jackie) of Milledgeville, Mark Vinson (Karen) of Irwinton and Tammy Angles of McIntyre; and her brothers, Donald Phillips of Seattle, WA and Ray Phillips of Gray. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
