She is survived by: her children, Robert S. "Sandy" Vinson (Jackie) of Milledgeville, Mark Vinson (Karen) of Irwinton and Tammy Angles of McIntyre; and her brothers, Donald Phillips of Seattle, WA and Ray Phillips of Gray. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
