He is survived by: his wife Jenny Toney; his children, Christopher Anthony, Rodney Toney, Russell Toney, Richard Toney, Kimberly McCormack and Candice Maness; and his siblings, Edward Toney and Barbara Prince. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
