He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Moss Kelley; his children, Crystal Mings (Brandon) and Tom Kelley Jr. (Jackie); his grandchildren, Caleb Mings, Ella Mings, Tucker Kelley and Cooper Kelley; his brother-in-law Wayne Moss; his nieces and nephews, Paige Kelley, Josh Moss (Ashley) and Jennifer Salvatore (Matt); and his cousins, Rudy Kelley (Natalie) and Buddy Kelley.
