He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Taylor, Sr. and Ruby Jo Dowdy Taylor; and his daughter Christie Lyne Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, William Taylor, III, Bubba Hunley (Mandy), Crystal Stuart (Robby) and Lisa Schmenk (Derrick); his grandchildren, Ozzy, Austin, Ashlyn, Christian, Storm and Bailey; and his siblings, Elizabeth Mathis (John) and John Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Honey Creek Woodlands Benevolence Fund or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
