It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lee Moreland of McDonough, Georgia, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Thomas Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Moreland and Carole Moreland; and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his wife Terri Moreland; his sons, Alan Drummond of Statesboro, GA and Andrew Moreland of McDonough, GA; his sister Jean Moreland Dunn of Carlisle, KY; his aunt Faye McFarland of Carlisle, KY; and his sister-in-law Tara Ingle (Louie) of Avondale Estates, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Haisten Funerals & Cremations (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at the Haisten Funeral Home (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253).
